• Employee and guest data is initially loaded from July 1, 2023 through March 1, 2024.
  • Employees added to OSP since March 1 will be added in Zenoti on the day of go-live.
  • Guests added to OSP since March 1 will be added in Zenoti on the day of go-live.
• Sales data is loaded incrementally:
  • Sales in OSP from March 1 to the day of go-live, and historic sales going back to July 2023, will be migrated to Zenoti within ten business days of go-live.
  • Historic sales in OSP going back to January 2021 will be migrated to Zenoti in the weeks/months following migration.
• Products and services will be migrated two weeks before an owner’s first salon migration date.
• The following will be migrated on the day of go-live:
  • Inventory counts
  • Schedules
  • Future bookings
