Notifications enabled in Zenoti

The below have been enabled at the Organizational level for franchisee use. Each notification has a center-level default. This can ****be adjusted at a center level by going to Configuration → Notifications → “Templates for e-mail and text.”

Zenoti uses the word “appointment” in notification terminology, but these notifications are sent for any booking.

Appointment Confirmation** This is sent to notify a customer that a booking made via the POS has been successfully added to the schedule. ON ON
Appointment Confirmation - Online Booking** This is sent to notify a customer that an online booking (app or web) has been successfully added to the schedule. ON ON
First Appointment Reminder** This is sent to remind guests twenty four hours in advance of a future booking. ON ON
Second Appointment Reminder** This second notification is sent to remind guests two hours in advance of a future booking. ON ON
Appointment Cancellation This is sent when a booking is canceled. OFF OFF
Appointment No Show This is sent when a stylist clicks the “walk out” button. OFF OFF
Thank You** This message is sent automatically upon invoice closure, thanking the guest for visiting your salon, and — if guest feedback is enabled — prompting the guest for their feedback. ℹ️ How do I set up guest feedback? ON ON
Appointment Rescheduled (applies to Roosters US and Roosters CA only) This is sent when an appointment is rescheduled from the appointment book. ON ON
