Zenoti Payments onboarding happens in six steps.
<aside> 1️⃣ Sign the payment rates contract
Payments rates are enumerated in your franchisee participation agreement, and you will be presented with the Zenoti Payments agreement within the Zenoti product as part of Zenoti’s Onboarding Wizard.
ℹ️See here if you have additional questions about Zenoti Payments, rates, or our partnership.
<aside> <img src="/icons/computer_red.svg" alt="/icons/computer_red.svg" width="40px" /> For OSP salons: your rates have been predetermined with Zenoti, as all credit card processing is migrating from First Data’s OSP rate. The rate for OSP salons is a smidge higher than that from First Data, but should amount to a $10 or less monthly increase compared to First Data. See the above link for more.

As part of selecting your migration dates on the FRC, you will prompted to provide shipping information for credit terminals by salon (ship to salon address or alternate address).
To order additional terminals review this article: ℹ️How do I order replacement or additional credit card terminals?

<aside> 3️⃣ Complete “Know Your Customer” (KYC)
As part of the Zenoti Onboarding Wizard you will need to complete a “Know Your Customer” (KYC) process, required of any merchant processing account in the United States. KYC verification takes up to two business days.
Note: if you wish to use different bank accounts for different locations, you will need to enter a unique email address for each bank account during this process.
(If you need assistance: please go through the course “Manager Essentials: Setting up Zenoti Payments for Regis” within Zenoti University to get an understanding of how you can complete the KYC on the Zenoti live site. To navigate to the course, login to Zenoti and navigate to Zenoti University by clicking on your credentials on the top right and selecting “Zenoti University.” The course will be assigned to you.)

Once you order your terminal(s) they will reach you in 2-3 business days. When you receive terminals, power them on and connect to Wi-Fi or ethernet.
Note: as part of terminal onboarding, you will need to enter each terminal’s serial number into Zenoti, mapping a salon to its requisite terminal. If your terminals were shipped directly to salons: a staff member with appropriate permissions (e.g. territory leader or above) will need to enter this serial number, or salon staff will need to provide you with the serial number of the received terminal so that it can be properly onboarded.
Instructions to set up your terminal can be found in the same Zenoti University course listed above, or in Zenoti’s native Help documentation:

<aside> 5️⃣ Dollar test
Once your KYC and terminal setup are complete, we recommend you do a $1 test transaction to make sure you have the right bank account linked to your payments account, and confirm your terminal is correctly set-up. Once completing a test transaction, you will see the payout in your bank account on the next business day.
Please note:
To complete a dollar test transaction:
Navigate to the Queue in the left-hand menu
Launch the POS in the top-right corner
Enter your name at the top of the POS window; search for the product “Payment Product”; add the product and collect payment via payment method as “Credit/Debit.” Proceed with the steps to complete the payment.
