Important aspects to make clear to your salon staff.
Stylists can ℹ️generate their own PINs.
The first stylist will need to log-in to Zenoti at the beginning of the day, enable ℹ️PIN mode, and also check-in using their PIN. (Logging-in does not automatically check-in the employee.)
After completing a task at the POS, stylists can manually log-out to turn the queue immediately into view-only mode. This prevents a stylist from appearing on the audit trail for others’ actions.
Important aspects for your leadership team and back-office personnel.
Configurations refer to individual settings that can be adjusted by owners. The below are grouped by center or zone level, and provide details on where to find them from the main left navigation.
