For a smooth and orderly transition to Zenoti from SuperSalon or OSP, it's imperative that any franchisee that has migrated to cease all use of the previous platform on their migration date. Using SuperSalon after Zenoti migration takes place will lead to:
NOTE: Be sure to delete all test transactions created in Zenoti. (In Zenoti, delete = void.) These transactions will be treated as real sales by the system and will therefore be calculated into reporting and royalty payments when they are due.

💸 Final Month Billing
Monthly charges from ProPoint are NOT prorated (partially billed). Franchisees will be billed for a full month of fees in their final month with ProPoint, but will have access to iOffice data for the remainder of that month plus the entire following month.
You will NOT be double billed for the month, as Zenoti does not begin billing until the first of the month after you transition.
Example: My salon is migrating on October 14th:
- I will be billed by ProPoint for the entire month of October.
- Access to iOffice data will be granted for the remainder of the month of October and the entire month of November at no additional cost.
- Any additional access from the end of November and beyond may be granted by ProPoint for a monthly fee.

To prepare the salon for its final closeout, ensure there are no tickets stuck in checkout to mitigate any data discrepancies.
It is a good idea to check there are no product orders in route to the salon, or otherwise finalize any that should be shipped out before the migration takes place.
