Unlike many of our mothers (and Don Larsen in the 1956 World Series) Zenoti is not perfect. Yet it is drastically more capable than Opensalon Pro or SuperSalon, and has significant support infrastructure, considerable development resources, and a track record of impressive throughput. This gives us confidence in their ability to run Regis businesses for the foreseeable future.
Furthermore, we are buoyed by the thousands of hours of dedicated custom development per year (and the contractually required capabilities Zenoti has already built on our behalf), our service-level agreement, and the significant footprint (and, therefore, influence) Regis maintains in the Zenoti ecosystem.
