- It is possible to ℹ️merge guests at the POS during ticket creation.
- ℹ️Quickly identify duplicate profiles using the Loyalty module and merge them.
- First name, last name, and phone number are required to save a guest profile, improving guest data capture.

- Guest search is available from both POS and back office.
- Email and text notifications are sent to customers that have opted into receiving them (text and email credits required; 7500 email credits are provided to each center monthly). See Notifications.
