✨ Key Conceptual Differences

Major departures from SuperSalon and/or Opensalon Pro.

<aside> 💡 The initial configuration for online booking for those orgs using Regis web and mobile will be different than was set up in SuperSalon and OSP because these configurations could not be migrated to Zenoti.

<aside> 💡 For salons that have high walk-in traffic in the morning, you may delay the start of ⚙️online booking hours

<aside> 💡 Zenoti houses the core logic to determine which times are considered bookable on Regis web sites and mobile apps, and assesses availability differently than both SuperSalon and OSP.

<aside> 💡 Instead of time slots being on a fixed booking interval (every 5/10/15/20/30 minutes of each hour), the first available five-minute interval will be offered to guests booking online, in an attempt to keep stylists busy back to back. This will be followed by repeatable time slots— on the :05, :10, :15, :20, :30, or :00 minute marks—depending on the “slot duration.” (See how to configure ⚙️slot duration.)
