🎯 Capability Callouts

• Employees can clock-in using a production work task, or six different non-production work tasks. This provides an opportunity to analyze and improve on non-productive time.
  • Non-production work tasks: Conference Meeting, Inventory, Manager Paperwork, Recruitment, Training, Other.
  • You can assign which work tasks are applicable to each employee.
  • Each work task can have a different hourly rate.
• Hourly rates for Holiday and Vacation hours can be set independent of work task hourly rates (i.e., they can be different than production and non-production hourly rates).
• Employees can have a language preference set, which will present Zenoti in their preferred language when they operate the POS. ℹ️Manage employee and guest language preferences.
• ℹ️Alerts can be set to automatically inform employees of operational issues.

✂️ Stylist Preparation

Important aspects to make clear to your salon staff.

• Stylists can ℹ️generate their own PINs.

• The first stylist will need to log-in to Zenoti at the beginning of the day, enable ℹ️PIN mode, and also check-in using their PIN. (Logging-in does not automatically check-in the employee.)

• If a stylist works at multiple salons, he/she will need to be conscious of which salon they are logged-in to.

• Stylists can set a center/salon preference in their profile, which will default the center to which they log-in. This does not change the “base center” in their employee profile.
