Data migration from SuperSalon and OSP into Zenoti includes the following:

  Products and Services Migration Approach

• Sales tax rates

• Employees

• Employee schedules (future only)

• Customers, including notes and alerts

  Bulk Zonal Guest Merge - Executed by Zenoti

• Three years of historical sales transactions from the approximate start of platform migrations:

  • For SuperSalon migrations, this will include data from January 2019
  • For OSP migrations, this will include data from January 2021

• Future visits

  • For SuperSalon migrations: applies to Roosters only
  • For OSP migrations: applies to all brands

• Inventory counts (for salons migrating after Apr 12, 2023)

What’s Not Migrated to Zenoti

The following data will not be migrated:

• Employee timecards
• Employee permissions
• Employee commission plans
• Discounts
• Cash drawer related data (opening counts, closing counts, deposits, over/short amounts etc)
• Customer loyalty related data (i.e., points accruals from within SuperSalon)
• Salon/employee goals (OSP)
• Historical inventory transactions
• Inventory counts (for salons migrated prior to Apr 12, 2023)

Before You Migrate

• All franchisees are encouraged to save data from their source POS (SuperSalon or OSP) for record-keeping and audit purposes.
  • From iOffice timecards can be exported for multiple employees across multiple pay periods
• Be sure to download and/or print out reports for historical sales and taxes in the case of an audit. Any reports that contain data on taxation, service and product sales, discounts, and payroll should be considered.
